I am a certified Energy Advisor, which means I am trained and was certified in 13 states to advise consumers of Energy on options for purchasing competitive electric and solar energy suppliers in their states if qualified to do so.  More states are considering deregulation also, so even if your state does not currently offer competition with Energy suppliers, it is a trend that is moving forward in most states.
